Step out of the pre-holiday anxiety and end-of-year rush, and into a moment of relaxation and preparation. Join us for an afternoon of yoga with Juliana Zapp, a sound bath with Simone G., an expert-led talk with Kaitlin S. (plus acupuncture for Deluxe guests), meditation, and a tea ceremony. With only 13 mats at the SF Zen Center, every guest is held and given space to soften and ground.
As you move and breathe, tension melts, and your body lengthens. Meditation draws you inward, easing you out of the week’s noise and into the present. Then, lying back as waves of sound wash over you, your breath slows, and your whole body finally exhales. Kaitlin’s talk offers grounded ways to care for yourself through the season’s shift, and we close over tea, a moment to savor, reflect, and connect.
