Refund Policy

Women of Wellness SF values transparency and fairness. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

• Memberships are not transferable unless otherwise stated.

• If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments are due as agreed.

• ​

Events

• Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• If an event is canceled by Women of Wellness SF, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

• If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

 

Missed Events

We are unable to offer refunds for missed events due to personal scheduling conflicts.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@womenofwellnesssf.com.
